Read only
From occ-acc to escrow, each weekly line is held against the clause that is supposed to authorize it. Where it does not appear, or the amount differs, you see that section of your contract.
Settlement match
Each deduction line on the statement is held against the signed lease you uploaded.
Escrow clock
Balance, interest that should post, and the return clock that starts at termination.
Missing clause
If a charge has no matching clause, or the amount differs, it is flagged. The product never calls a charge illegal.
