Pay Oper is settlement review software for leased owner operators. Read only. You send every request.

Why it exists

You get a settlement every week. Gross, then a long column of deductions. Pay Oper reads that statement, indexes your signed lease once, and holds each charge against the clause that is supposed to authorize it.

If a line has no matching clause, or the amount differs from the lease, or the load was never on that truck, you see the flag and the section of your own contract.

Pay Oper also tracks escrow, the interest that should post to it, and the return clock that starts at termination. It never holds your money.

On the statement

A Columbus product for the statement

Occ-acc
The weekly cut

Leased owner operators already see occupational accident, bobtail, escrow, plates, and fuel advances on the same page as gross.

Nineteen lines a week is normal. Almost nobody checks them against the signed lease.

Lease-purchase
Lease purchase math

The tractor payment itself starts showing up as a deduction. The lease is supposed to set the amount. The statement often does not make that easy to see.

That is a contract question, not a rumor. The product treats it that way.

Insurance
Insurance stack

Physical damage, cargo, occ-acc, and bobtail sit as weekly takes.

Each one needs a clause. If the clause is missing, or the amount differs, that is what Pay Oper flags.

ELD and plates
Hardware and airtime

ELD hardware, airtime, plates, and permits join the column. Recurring takes are easy to stop seeing.

Pay Oper indexes the lease once so those lines have somewhere to land.

IFTA
IFTA true-ups

True-ups show up that do not match the miles on that truck.

Pay Oper does not call that illegal. It shows you the mismatch and the clause, if there is one.
